OH PLEASE! Every battery is dangerous. LiPos just need to be handled differently than NiMhs or NiCds. If you use a 2s in an RC vehicle, balancing is a good idea as the cells will stay at the same voltage when.
You should definitely change this title to "World's best battery!" because that's what these are....

reminds me of when i was 8 years old or so. Me and 2 of my friends went out into the garage, then we took a shit load of old computers, monitors, and keyboards we thought were broken. And smashed them with a crowbar lol, and threw them around. And also crushing batteries so the acid came running out...epic, but then we found out the computers and the rest of the shit was perfectly fine...but we didnt get into trouble 8)

lol why not :) course you can connect two 9V batteries together, that way you can get a 9V battery with longer "lifetme" or a 18V battery, it depends how you connect them. of course you can also make a shortcircuit if you're doing it wrong..
